RULES OF CONTEST
- Organising company
Tayg Industries is organising a nationwide prize draw on its Facebook and Twitter networks to win 3 of the company's products:
- Backpack MN1.
- Cable reels 25 metres.
- Multibox Nº1
- Disengagement with Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
Facebook, Twitter and Instagram do not sponsor, endorse or administer this action in any way, nor are they associated with it. The user dissociates himself/herself completely from Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and is aware that he/she is providing his/her information to Tayg Industries and not to Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
- Information
The information provided by the user to Tayg Industries will be used to manage the participation in the action. In addition, Tayg Industries will be able to use the images-videos sent by users for present and/or future promotions-actions.
Participation in the prize draw implies the transfer and express authorisation of all intellectual property and image rights over the participations, in such a way that the participant transfers to Tayg Industries the intellectual, industrial and/or image exploitation rights that may correspond to him/her or derive from the participations sent to take part in the action.
- Object and mechanics of the action
Gift of Tayg Industries products mentioned in point 1 if:
- Share a photo using any Tayg product within the professional or private sphere, always linked to the construction, renovation and DIY sector.
- Follow the company's social networks.
- Tag shared images with the hashtags #FutureNeedsTools and #TaygProfessional.
- Duration and Scope
- Promotion start date: 20 October 2020.
- Promotion end date: 15 November 2020.
- Communication of the winner of the draw: 16 November.
- The promotion will take place in the geographical area: Spain.
- Eligibility requirements
Eligible to participate in the Promotion:
- All individuals over the age of 18 who are fans of the official Facebook, Twitter and Instagram page of Tayg Industries and who have a real user profile on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
They may not participate:
- Fraudulent profiles.
- Profiles intended exclusively for participation in sweepstakes and/or promotions.
- Beneficiaries of the action
Users who comply with the rules set out in the rules of the action, who tag Tayg Industries with the hashtags indicated in a photograph where a Tayg product is clearly visible.
If the beneficiary is not contacted within three days of the first attempt to contact him/her, or if the beneficiary renounces the gift, he/she will be excluded from the action and will lose his/her right to claim the gift.
Tayg Industries will send the gifts directly to the participant, thanks to the data provided by the participant.

- Reservations and limitations
It shall be understood, by way of example but not limitation, that fraud occurs when the alleged use of applications independent of the Website is detected; the misuse of server queries and all those behaviours that may be apparently abusive and/or malicious.
The finding of any of these circumstances during the action will result in automatic disqualification as well as the loss of the gift if awarded.
Tayg Industries is exempt from any responsibility in the event of any error in the data provided by the winners themselves that would prevent them from being identified.
Likewise, it is not responsible for any possible loss, damage, theft or any other circumstance attributable to the post office that may affect the delivery of the gifts.
Tayg Industries reserves the right to take legal action against any person who performs any act that could be considered as manipulation or falsification of the action.
Tayg Industries excludes any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the temporary lack of availability or continuity of the functioning of the services by means of which the action is participated in, to the defrauding of the usefulness that users may have attributed to them, and in particular, although not exclusively, to failures in accessing the different pages and sending participation responses via the Internet.
Tayg Industries reserves the right to make changes to ensure the success of the action in the event of just cause or force majeure preventing it from being carried out in the manner described in these terms and conditions.
Tayg Industries reserves the right to postpone or extend the period of the action, as well as the right to interpret these terms and conditions.
Likewise, the organising company will be exempt from all liability in the event of any of the above cases, as well as from any liability for damages that may be caused during the enjoyment of the gift.
- Data protection
The data provided by the participants will be treated confidentially and compiled in an automated personal data file, being the company Industrias Tayg the owner and responsible for this file whose purpose will be the management of this action, sending commercial information that could be of interest and present/future promotions-actions of Industrias Tayg.
Industrias Tayg guarantees full compliance with Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December 1999 on the Protection of Personal Data in the processing of personal data collected in this DRAW, especially with regard to the exercise of the rights of information, access, rectification, opposition and cancellation of personal data of the contestants.
- Acceptance of the rules
The simple participation in the action implies the acceptance of the present Rules, so that the manifestation in the sense of not accepting all or part of them will imply the exclusion of the participant and as a consequence of this, the company Tayg Industries will be released from the fulfilment of the obligation contracted with the participant.
